Jane works with the Data Collection and Delivery team developing and maintaining several websites and web application tools including: the MN Natural Resource Atlas, the Minnesota Breeding Bird Atlas, and an online planning tool for Minnesota Foresters (ForCAST).

She also works with the Marketing and the Communications team, providing technical and content support for the NRRI website and overseeing NRRI digital entities for content and accessibility.

Prior to working as a website and web application developer, Jane was a lab and field scientist at NRRI, primarily working on river, lake and wetland research projects.
