Linda Klint is the Finance and Administrative Manager overseeing the Central Administrative Operations for NRRI. She oversees all Central Operations for NRRI related to Financial, Grants, Personnel, and Administrative staffing. Linda is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, supervising 10 Central Staff members at 2 facility locations. She is responsible for the Finance, HR, Grants, and Central Operations Teams and overseas the Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Sponsored Projects, Internal and External Sales, Hiring and Onboarding Employees, Supporting NRRI staff, Performance Evaluations and Reclasses.
Along with many other HR, grants, financial, and accounting activities. Linda is the Certified Approver for NRRI. Linda has worked at the University of Minnesota Duluth in various positions for 20+ years and joined the NRRI team in 2017.
