Kyle Bartholomew is a member of the Mineral Processing and Metallurgy Research Group with an emphasis in comminution and mineral beneficiation. His research interest is facilitating advancement of new technologies and processes from bench to pilot to industrial scale leveraging diverse teams and skill sets.

Bartholomew has over 25 years of industrial experience, is a recognized expert in comminution, and has served as a consultant to mining companies across the globe. His company, Metcom Technologies, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, has trained over 600 process engineers worldwide in grinding circuit optimization methods. Kyle especially enjoys projects with potential to positively impact northern Minnesota.
