Dr. Jenkins is a Senior Research Engineer at NRRI, with both academic and industry background in mechanical engineering. The NRRI additive manufacturing program works to co-develop sustainable materials and manufacturing techniques, for applications ranging from prototyping to construction. NRRI's additive manufacturing capabilities have provided support for local and regional industries including consumer products, automotive and aerospace, and medical devices. Kory's research also includes work on bio-inspired functional nanomaterials for sustainable energy harvesting.
