NRRI closed to public, in-person meetings cancelled

NRRI Duluth and Coleraine facilities curtail activities and close to public to mitigate the spread of coronavirus.

The Natural Resources Research Institute is curtailing activities at both its Duluth and Coleraine facilities to minimize risk of COVID-19 spread while maintaining the ability to operate safely. This is effective immediately through April 1, at this time.

Both facilities are closed to the public and all in-person meetings are cancelled. NRRI staff will reach out to clients to plan alternatives. There will be controlled access for deliveries, contractors and vendors. Facilities services will continue with limited access and by special arrangement.

NRRI will follow guidelines set by the University of Minnesota, prioritizing the safety of employees and the community. Telecommuting will be implemented as widely as possible. Questions or concerns should be emailed to nrriinfo@d.umn.edu.
